En moyenne, nous passons plus de <strong data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"706\">54 heures par mois sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/strong>, souvent sans en avoir pleinement conscience.<\/p><p data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"1044\">C\u2019est dans ce contexte qu\u2019est n\u00e9 <strong data-start=\"787\" data-end=\"803\">Off February<\/strong>, un d\u00e9fi collectif qui invite \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"892\">r\u00e9duire l\u2019usage des r\u00e9seaux sociaux pendant 28 jours<\/strong>. L\u2019objectif ? Reprendre le contr\u00f4le de son temps, de son attention et de son bien-\u00eatre, sans rejeter le num\u00e9rique mais en apprenant \u00e0 mieux l\u2019utiliser.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-633797a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"633797a\"
