reconduite. La sant\u00e9 mentale restera la grande cause nationale en 2026, prolongeant ainsi la mobilisation d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9e afin de faire progresser la pr\u00e9vention, l\u2019\u00e9coute et l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019aide partout en France.<\/p><p>Ce choix fort envoie un signal clair aux entreprises : la sant\u00e9 mentale n\u2019est plus un sujet p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique, mais un enjeu central de responsabilit\u00e9 sociale et soci\u00e9tale, de performance durable et de maintien en emploi. L\u2019environnement de travail, la culture manag\u00e9riale et l\u2019organisation du travail influencent directement l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 mentale des salari\u00e9s, positivement comme n\u00e9gativement.<\/p><p>Selon une enqu\u00eate sur la sant\u00e9 mentale au travail men\u00e9e par l\u2019IFOP en 2025, 86% des salari\u00e9s consid\u00e8rent la sant\u00e9 mentale comme un enjeu majeur de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et attendent des mesures de protection concr\u00e8tes de la part de leur employeur. Mais quels sont les leviers d\u2019actions pour les entreprises\u00a0?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-79a20ca elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"79a20ca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Sant\u00e9 mentale au travail : quelques chiffres cl\u00e9s<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b02bd1c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b02bd1c\" repr\u00e9sentent environ <strong>25 % des arr\u00eats de travail de longue dur\u00e9e<\/strong>, souvent sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 six mois<\/li><li>En 2023, les motifs psychologiques sont devenus la <strong>premi\u00e8re cause d\u2019arr\u00eats longue dur\u00e9e<\/strong>, repr\u00e9sentant <strong>31 %<\/strong> de ces arr\u00eats<\/li><li>\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale, pr\u00e8s de <strong>12 milliards de journ\u00e9es de travail<\/strong> <strong>sont perdues<\/strong> chaque ann\u00e9e en raison de la d\u00e9pression et de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, pour u<strong>ne perte de productivit\u00e9 estim\u00e9e \u00e0 1 000 milliards de dollars<\/strong> par l\u2019OMS<\/li><li>16 % des salari\u00e9s fran\u00e7ais d\u00e9clarent avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 pour des raisons li\u00e9es \u00e0 leur sant\u00e9 mentale.<\/li><\/ul><p>Si 91% consid\u00e8rent la qualit\u00e9 de vie et les conditions de travail comme un crit\u00e8re de choix important, seuls 23% des salari\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019un plan de pr\u00e9vention des risques psychosociaux en entreprise.<\/p><p>Pourtant, lorsque ces dispositifs sont mis en place, leur impact est ind\u00e9niable\u00a0: 83% des salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s constatent une am\u00e9lioration de leur bien-\u00eatre psychologiques (barom\u00e8tre Qualisocial 2025).<\/p><p>Au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019aspect humain, la pr\u00e9vention est aussi un levier \u00e9conomique puissant.<\/p><p>Selon l\u2019EU-OSHA, un euro investi dans le bien-\u00eatre des salari\u00e9s peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 13 euros de retour sur investissement\u00a0: <em>r\u00e9duction de l\u2019absent\u00e9isme, baisse du turnover, gain de productivit\u00e9, meilleur engagement des \u00e9quipes, attractivit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des talents.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-633797a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"633797a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div d\u2019autonomie<\/li><li>La qualit\u00e9 des relations sociales au travail<\/li><li>Les conflits de valeurs<\/li><li>L\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi<\/li><\/ul><p>Selon l\u2019article L.4121-1 du Code du travail, il revient \u00e0 l\u2019employeur d\u2019\u00e9valuer les risques, y compris psychosociaux, et de prendre les mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 physique et mentale de ses salari\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Les risques psychosociaux concernent l\u2019ensemble des entreprises, quels que soient leur taille, leur secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9 ou le niveau hi\u00e9rarchique des salari\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Une pr\u00e9vention efficace passe avant tout par une \u00e9valuation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de ces risques et des conditions
