l\u2019emploi des personnes en situation de handicap (SEEPH), rappelons l\u2019importance du r\u00e9f\u00e9rent handicap au sein des entreprises.<\/p><p>Depuis la loi du 22 mai 2019, les entreprises de plus de 250 salari\u00e9s doivent d\u00e9signer un r\u00e9f\u00e9rent handicap. Charg\u00e9 de piloter la politique handicap de l&rsquo;entreprise, le r\u00e9f\u00e9rent est le relais privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pour informer, orienter et accompagner les salari\u00e9s en situation de handicap ou confront\u00e9s \u00e0 un risque de d\u00e9sinsertion professionnelle (maladie, handicap \u00e9volutif, etc.). Son r\u00f4le est important en termes de pr\u00e9vention. M\u00eame si votre entreprise n\u2019est pas concern\u00e9e par l\u2019obligation, nommer un r\u00e9f\u00e9rent handicap constitue un v\u00e9ritable atout pour favoriser l\u2019inclusion, am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail et\u00a0donner une image\u00a0positive de l\u2019entreprise, engag\u00e9e et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute\u00a0du bien-\u00eatre\u00a0de ses collaborateurs.<\/p><p>La pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un r\u00e9f\u00e9rent handicap en interne peut aussi contribuer \u00e0 retenir ses talents.
