Le comportement change : l\u2019irritabilit\u00e9 devient plus fr\u00e9quente, les \u00e9changes informels se rar\u00e9fient et la personne s\u2019\u00e9loigne peu \u00e0 peu des moments collectifs. La motivation se tasse : ce qui donnait de l\u2019\u00e9lan hier ne porte plus aujourd\u2019hui, un regard plus cynique s\u2019installe et la fiert\u00e9 du travail bien fait dispara\u00eet. Le corps, lui, envoie des signaux persistants : une fatigue qui ne c\u00e8de pas au repos, un sommeil hach\u00e9, des tensions au dos, aux \u00e9paules ou \u00e0 la nuque, des c\u00e9phal\u00e9es et d\u2019autres troubles fonctionnels. Cette clart\u00e9 prot\u00e8ge l\u2019\u00e9quipe et \u00e9vite que la pression diffuse ne s\u2019installe.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9vention passe aussi par une attention au travail r\u00e9el. Il s\u2019agit de rester au contact des contraintes concr\u00e8tes \u2014 d\u00e9lais, d\u00e9pendances, impr\u00e9vus \u2014 et d\u2019intervenir quand elles d\u00e9passent la capacit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Cette vigilance ne vise pas \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler les personnes, mais \u00e0 retirer les obstacles qui usent : ambigu\u00eft\u00e9s de r\u00f4le, priorit\u00e9s qui se contredisent, validations qui s\u2019\u00e9ternisent.<\/p>\n<p>Le cadre manag\u00e9rial doit prot\u00e9ger la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. Donner l\u2019exemple sur la d\u00e9connexion, cadrer les horaires des \u00e9changes et distinguer l\u2019urgent de l\u2019important \u00e9vitent l\u2019hyper-disponibilit\u00e9 qui \u00e9puise silencieusement. Ce n\u2019est pas une injonction de plus : c\u2019est un signal culturel qui autorise chacun \u00e0 travailler et \u00e0 se reposer dans des conditions normales.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, la pr\u00e9vention implique de savoir relayer. Le manager n\u2019a pas \u00e0 poser de diagnostic ; il ouvre un \u00e9change quand un doute appara\u00eet, s\u2019appuie sur les ressources internes (RH, repr\u00e9sentants du personnel, service de pr\u00e9vention et de sant\u00e9 au travail) et oriente vers un professionnel de sant\u00e9 si n\u00e9cessaire.
