aujourd\u2019hui reconnue comme un enjeu majeur du monde professionnel. Selon l\u2019Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9, pr\u00e8s d\u2019un salari\u00e9 sur deux sera confront\u00e9 au cours de sa carri\u00e8re \u00e0 un trouble psychologique plus ou moins marqu\u00e9. Face \u00e0 cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9, le Gouvernement vient de lancer, en partenariat avec l\u2019Alliance pour la Sant\u00e9 Mentale, la <strong data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"612\">premi\u00e8re Charte pour la Sant\u00e9 Mentale au Travail<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"851\">Cette initiative marque une avanc\u00e9e significative : elle vise \u00e0 placer la sant\u00e9 psychologique des salari\u00e9s au c\u0153ur de la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail (QVCT) et \u00e0 accompagner les entreprises dans la pr\u00e9vention des risques psychosociaux.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-817278b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"817278b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title data-end=\"1070\">Sensibiliser pour d\u00e9mystifier la sant\u00e9 mentale<\/strong><br data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1073\" \/>Lever les tabous et favoriser une culture de pr\u00e9vention ouverte.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1279\">\n<p data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1279\"><strong data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1187\">Cr\u00e9er un cadre favorable au dialogue<\/strong><br data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1190\" \/>Permettre l\u2019expression des difficult\u00e9s et la mise en place de solutions collectives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1281\"
