Comme indicateur, on peut citer le stress, le harc\u00e8lement et la violence au travail, la charge de travail excessive ainsi que le manque de soutien social.<\/p><ul><li>Le stress dans le milieu du travail peut r\u00e9sulter de diverses sources. Un employeur peut par exemple avoir de nombreux cas d&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme, de turnover, une ambiance froide dans le lieu de travail, la baisse de l&rsquo;effectif, etc.<br \/>En effet, si le stress au travail n\u2019est pas g\u00e9r\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re efficace, cette situation peut aboutir \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 psychologique. L\u2019employ\u00e9 va d\u00e9velopper sur le long terme une sorte d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, de d\u00e9pression, et des troubles cardiovasculaires ou musculo-squelettiques.<\/li><\/ul><p>Le harc\u00e8lement et la violence au travail cr\u00e9ent un environnement toxique, qui nuit aussi \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale des travailleurs. Ces comportements installent aussi un climat toxique en entreprise et une baisse de la motivation.<br \/>Une charge de travail d\u00e9mesur\u00e9e peut \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019origine d\u2019une fatigue chronique ou m\u00eame d\u2019un burnout (\u00e9puisement professionnel). Face \u00e0 une surcharge de travail, un collaborateur peut se sentir incapable de faire face \u00e0 ses responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Pour ce qui est du manque de soutien social, il conduit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 un isolement social.<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Le travailleur n&rsquo;a pas l&rsquo;autonomie n\u00e9cessaire pour s&rsquo;\u00e9panouir \u00e0 son lieu de travail.<\/li><li>Il a tendance \u00e0 ressentir une sorte d&rsquo;abandon sur le plan professionnel ou \u00e9motionnel.<\/li><li>Tout comme le harc\u00e8lement et la violence au travail, le manque de soutien social fait \u00e9galement perdre la motivation.<\/li><li>Aussi, il donne au travailleur une perception n\u00e9gative de son employeur, de son milieu de travail et de sa vie professionnelle.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>Un autre impact des risques psychosociaux en entreprise, ce sont les tensions avec son employeur ou m\u00eame au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe. En effet, un milieu de travail conflictuel, stressant peut conduire \u00e0 l&rsquo;apparition de conflits entre coll\u00e8gues ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;absence de communication. Il peut s\u2019agir de politiques de gestion de stress et d\u2019\u00e9quilibre travail-vie. On peut \u00e9galement mettre sur pied des proc\u00e9dures de r\u00e9solution de conflits. Ceci peut r\u00e9duire les tensions entre coll\u00e8gues au sein de l\u2019organisation.
