Le \u00ab Dry January \u00bb est un d\u00e9fi incitant \u00e0 n e pas boire d\u2019alcool pendant tout le mois, en priv\u00e9 comme dans la vie professionnelle. Le \u00ab\u00a0Dry January\u00a0\u00bb ou le \u00ab\u00a0D\u00e9fi de Janvier\u00a0\u00bb est une campagne lanc\u00e9e en 2013 par l\u2019organisation Alcohol Change UK. C\u2019est aujourd\u2019hui un mouvement international\u2009: chaque ann\u00e9e pendant un mois, des millions de personnes font une pause dans leur consommation d\u2019alcool au mois de janvier.<\/p>

Selon eux, dans son Barom\u00e8tre de novembre 2021, Sant\u00e9 publique France annonce que 23,7 % des 18 \u00e0 75 ans d\u00e9passent les rep\u00e8res de consommation d\u2019alcool, \u00e0 savoir pas plus de deux verres par jour et pas tous les jours.<\/p>

L\u2019alcoolisme est une addiction qui doit \u00eatre suivi en entreprise car elle alt\u00e8re l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du salari\u00e9 et sa concentration. G\u00e9rer sa consommation d\u2019alcool permet de mieux dormir et de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies mon\u00e9taires.<\/p>
